REMERCIEMENTS Nous remercions le Conseil régional de Bourgogne et son président M. le Sénateur François Patriat, pour son soutien financier à l'organisation de la conférence et son hospitalité dans sa salle de conférence. Nous sommes très redevables à la Communauté de l'Agglomération Dijonnaise (Comadi) en la personne de son président, M.
