Auditors<br />
Following a review of the audit arrangements for the<br />
<strong>COIF</strong> <strong>Charity</strong> <strong>Funds</strong> and after completion of the current<br />
year's audit the Board will be asking Ernst & Young LLP to<br />
become Auditors to the <strong>Funds</strong>. We would like to thank<br />
our current Auditors, PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, for all<br />
of their hard work over many years.<br />
