PreConstruction Meeting is scheduled for 5/10/13. AT&T relocation is anticipated to be complete by the end of <strong>May</strong>. Construction<br />

contracts have been executed with BPI. The Notice of Award was issued to BPI on 3/13/13. The Commissioners Court approved<br />

the award of the construction contract to BPI Environmental on the 3/5/13. Manville relocations continue and are nearing<br />

completion. Atmos and Oncor relocations are complete. AT&T Metro is moving forward with design, and will be relocating to<br />

Oncor's poles. All ROW parcels have been acquired or have Possession and Use agreements.<br />

Bury & Partners submitted 100% PS&E on 4/11/13, and it is currently under review. The additional SUE<br />

investigation of gas lines has been completed and analyzed for potential conflicts, and review comments<br />

on the 90% PS&E were returned on 3/8/13.<br />

Comments were received from the City of Round Rock on 3/22/13, and a meeting with Seiler Lankes to<br />

discuss was held on 3/26/13. Seiler Lankes submitted the 60% design package on 2/19/13 and it is<br />

currently under review. An update meeting with the City of Round Rock was held on 12/10/12. Seiler<br />

Lankes is coordinating with Baker-Aicklen regarding developer planned median openings and future<br />

intersections.<br />

A meeting to review alternatives was held on 4/16/13, and a meeting with Atmos to discuss potential<br />

impacts to their facilities was held on 4/26/13. Kimley Horn submitted an alternatives layout on 3/5/13.<br />

Kimley Horn submitted a data collection request on 1/31/13. Right of Entry requests were sent out on<br />

2/12/13, and ROE has been received for all but one parcel.<br />

A design meeting was held with RWA on 4/30/13. Notified RWA on 3/12/13 that ROE has been received<br />

for all parcels. RW Armstrong submitted a property owner list for Right of Entry requests on 2/1/13, and<br />

Right of Entry requests were sent out on 2/8/13. A design kick-off meeting was held on 2/6/13, and RW<br />

Armstrong is proceeding with preliminary design.<br />
