I will close the public hearing prior to the Commission’s deliberation and decision. At the June 26, 2012 hearing, the Planning Commission continued the public hearing until July 3, 2012 at the Appellant’s request. Prior to closing the hearing and deliberation, the Planning Commission will consider additional public testimony. The Planning Commission may communicate with its staff and legal counsel during its deliberation. Planning Staff has provided the Commission with copies of the new written arguments that was received along with written testimony received by July 3, 2012 for consideration.
