enhances skills
JusticeCraft, an intensive week-long
seminar that prepares participants to lead
and coordinate justice activities of religious
congregations, was held June 3–10 at Saint
Mary’s, Notre Dame, Indiana. Participants
included 31 women representing eight
countries and 17 religious congregations.
Internationally known faculty members
led interactive sessions that focused on critical
justice issues, a theology/spirituality of justice
ministry, models and strategies for engaging
congregations in the work of justice, and rituals
that shape and sustain commitment. The mix
of cultures, age groups, interests and varied

of community among the participants and
enjoyable evening socials.

Justice Office, JusticeCraft is offered every other
