Philosophy Statement:
Our licensed program provides children six weeks through K4 with a
high quality, year-round early childhood education experience in a
welcoming, nurturing Jewish environment with a faculty team that is
comprised of warm, caring and creative individuals. Through playbased
and Reggio-inspired philosophies, children explore their
environment using dramatic play, music, art, sensory experience,
movement and language. Daily activities are infused with Jewish
values and culture. Each Friday, we join together for an All-school
sing-along to honor Shabbat. We emphasize respecting ourselves,
each other and the environment. In addition, Gan Ami offers music
and gym classes taught by experienced professionals, and the
award-winning Ethical Start® curriculum which facilitates lessons
on core human values, and much more!
Parent Involvement Opportunities:
are:
education of their children
Build a strong sense of community between parents, teachers, staff
and Jewish leaders
Help to disseminate important information to parents throughout the year
Create a warm, inviting, and loving environment for all families
Promote a spirit of volunteerism and create a supportive environment
for parents to effectively contribute their time and talents.
