Mills <strong>of</strong> Kent, who d. August, 1767; settled <strong>in</strong> Sharon, Conn, which<br />
town he represented <strong>in</strong> <strong>the</strong> General Assembly, Oct. 1766 and May<br />
1767 ; was orda<strong>in</strong>ed Pastor <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> Congregational Church <strong>in</strong> New<br />
Preston, Jan. 31, 1770. In <strong>the</strong> autumn <strong>of</strong> 1770, he m. Lucy Wood<br />
<strong>of</strong> Danbury, who d. Aug. 1771. For his third wife he m. Abigail,<br />
widow <strong>of</strong> Rev. Sylvanus Osborn <strong>of</strong> East Greenwich, (now Warren,)
