Happy New Year and welcome to 2010. Let’s all pat ourselves on the back for a
great 2009.
It’s time for the new prospectus to go into effect. I mentioned last month we would
start covering this after the first of the year, so here goes. There are very few changes,
as I am sure everyone knows because you read the prospectus when you received it in
the mail, but let’s start with the new user fees.
