The <strong>City</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>San</strong> <strong>Luis</strong> <strong>Obispo</strong> Ranger Service works to provide area residents with various<br />
outdoor recreational <strong>and</strong> environmental education opportunities . Miles <strong>of</strong> mountain biking<br />
<strong>and</strong> hiking trails traverse the <strong>City</strong>’s 4,000 acres <strong>of</strong> open space <strong>and</strong> parkl<strong>and</strong>, making outdoor<br />
adventures a feasible part <strong>of</strong> every day life on the Central Coast .<br />
Ranger-Led Hikes at <strong>City</strong> Open Spaces<br />
Lemon Grove Trail Work Day<br />
Take the opportunity to explore picturesque natural resources while learning about the<br />
environment <strong>and</strong> meeting fellow hikers . Duration <strong>of</strong> the hike varies with each group . Please wear<br />
sturdy shoes <strong>and</strong> bring water . Additional Ranger-Led Hikes may be scheduled by calling 781-7302 .<br />
