• Due to the classification of the
shares of the company ELEKTRA
IMPORTING S.A. in the 3-hour
trading an extraordinary review of the
FTSE/ASE Small Cap 80 and the
FTSE/ASE 140 Indices took place.
• Public Organisation of Securities
S.A. (DEKA), shareholder of National
Bank of Greece announced on
7.10.2003 that, in accordance with
Article 10 of the Regulation No.5/204
of the Capital Market Commission it
intended to transfer 10% of the shares
of National Bank of Greece S.A.
• PHILLIP MORRIS HOLLAND
BV, based in Holland, submitted a
public proposal for the acquisition of
5,501,250 common registered shares
(20.60% of the share capital) of
Papastratos Cigarette Co. The bid price
was set at 18.02 per share and the
procedure was completed successfully.
As a result, the shares of the Company
Papastratos Cigarette Co, ceased
trading and they were erased from the
ATHEX Board of Transactions as of
May 7, 2004.
