As they have done for many years, the members of the
Chaminade Marching Band again led Mineola’s
Memorial Day Parade. This year, by special
invitation, the new CHS Bagpipe Band Club also took
part; At right are Bart Johnson ’07 (l.) and Brian
Gaffney ’07. Chaminade is also one of many sponsors
of the Village of Mineola’s centennial celebration, as
can be seen on the banner at left (designed by Peter
Palamara ’94 RIP).
