The Two bands (I would imagine in low molecular weight region!) may need to be considered a method<br />

artifact in this instance – given both are very close and part of the OB.<br />

You are correct! I do want to emphasize that both are outbreak strains, and pattern 122 and pattern 41 are<br />

94.4% similar, differing in only two bands.<br />
