Un Mecánico estaba arreglando un motor,<br />
cuando vio a un reconocido cirujano del corazón<br />
llegar al lugar. El Mecánico le gritó al cirujano:<br />
-Hey Doctor, ¿Puede venir hacia acá<br />
que le quiero hacer una pregunta?<br />

“NO LE PEGUES A TU HIJO”<br />
Pegarle al niño es mortificarlo y afligirlo. Se piensa que<br />
una nalgada de vez en cuando es necesaria. Esto no es<br />
verdad. Golpear a un niño le enseña a tener miedo, que<br />
puede ser abusado, a limitar sus habilidades de ser<br />
autónomo y responsable, a suponer que la violencia es<br />
justificada, a comportarse como víctima, a no razonar y<br />
aprender que existen cosas que se hacen "porque le da<br />
la gana" a alguien mas fuerte que el otro. En el plano<br />
emocional, después de las nalgadas, empujones,<br />
bofetadas, puños o paliza etc., los niños quedan heridos<br />
profundamente ante la humillación sufrida, con la<br />
autoestima disminuida y con un odio enfermizo porque<br />
lo sienten por sus seres queridos. Se auto percibe sólo,<br />
abandonado, triste y amenazado en su seguridad física y<br />
mental. Incluso las nalgadas consideradas “no muy<br />
fuertes” pueden causar daño físico. Los golpes en la<br />
parte inferior de la columna vertebral envían ondas de<br />
choque a lo largo de toda la columna, y pueden lesionar<br />
al niño, muchas veces hablamos y defendemos los<br />
derechos humanos porque todos hemos sido creados<br />
iguales. Nadie tiene el derecho de abusar o someter a<br />
otro ser humano o de golpearlo, torturarlo, humillarlo o<br />
avergonzarlo. y de repente en algunas familias se<br />
olvidan que un niño es precisamente ¡Un ser humano!<br />
Cuando el niño es maltratado asocia a sus familiares<br />
que lo agraden con el peligro y no puede amarlos a<br />
plenitud ni confiar en ellos. La comunicación familiar va<br />
desapareciendo y los vínculos de cariño<br />
y a f e c t o t a m b i é n .<br />
Estudios demuestran que los padres le pegan a sus hijos<br />
por distintas razones. Las más frecuentes son porque lo<br />
consideran parte de la educación de sus hijos, porque<br />
ellos mismos fueron maltratados cuando pequeños y por<br />
falta de control emocional y manejo de la ira. Los niños<br />
quedan heridos profundamente, con la autoestima<br />
disminuida y con un odio enfermizo por sus seres<br />
queridos. Si un niño nunca ve a sus padres resolver<br />
problemas de una manera creativa y humana, será difícil<br />
que él aprenda a hacerlo. Por esta razón, los patrones se<br />
repiten de generación en generación.<br />
Una educación amable, apoyada en una<br />
base sólida de amor y respeto, es la única<br />
manera efectiva de lograr un buen<br />
comportamiento cimentado en fuertes<br />
valores internos, ese un hogar de<br />
“buen comportamiento.”<br />
“DO NOT HIT YOUR CHILD”<br />
Hitting a child mortifies and distresses him. It is<br />

management. Children are deeply wounded, with<br />
diminished self-esteem and an unhealthy hatred for<br />
their loved ones. If a child sees his parents never<br />
solve problems in a creative and humane way, he<br />
learns to do so. For this reason, patterns are<br />
repeated from generation to generation.<br />
A good education, supported by a solid<br />
foundation of love and respect,<br />
is the only effective way to achieve<br />
a good behavior ground in strong<br />

Yesenia Flores, Nos dice: No tuve una<br />
niñez normal ya que me la pase de<br />
ciudad en ciudad, los aviones eran<br />
normal para mi y estar en mi casa era<br />
un lujo. Mi adolescencia fue igual, a los<br />
9 años fue cuando grabe la canción<br />
“La niña de la mochila azul” por lo cual<br />
mis años de juventud fueron los mas<br />
trabajados. Para mi era normal y<br />
siempre eh estado agradecida con el<br />
publicó por el cariño que me han<br />
brindado. Participe en varias películas,<br />
grabe dos discos en mi niñez, dos en mi<br />
juventud y ya como Yesenia Flores llevo<br />
mas de 15 producciones. Yesenia Flores<br />
descendiente, de una familia de grandes<br />
artistas donde figuran nombres como<br />
Mike Laure y sus Cometas ( Tio ) y Chelo<br />
"La voz ranchera de México (Mamá )<br />
entre otros, con el talento por herencia<br />
nacida en México un 7 de Agosto,<br />
debuta en el mundo del espectáculo a<br />
los 4 años de edad en el grupo musical<br />
de sus padres Chelo y su Conjunto, Yeni.<br />
A los 6 años graba su primer disco,<br />
siendo este de gran aceptación por<br />
grandes y por chicos, recibiendo premios<br />
por las altas ventas 1,000,000 de<br />
copias por temas como "Yo soy la de la<br />
mochila azul" y un tema que se volvió<br />
clásico el cual interpreta al lado de su<br />
madre Chelo, titulado "A la orilla de un<br />
palmar" . Ella nos dice: Desde chica<br />
empecé a trabajar con mi mama,<br />
cantando como corista en su grupo<br />

ocasiones por los Premios Billboard,<br />
Premios Lo Nuestro, El Globo de Oro<br />
entre otros, su trofeo más valioso es el<br />
cariño de un público fiel que la a<br />
seguido a lo largo de su carrera,<br />
ganadora de varios discos de platino y<br />
con más de 2,000,000 de copias<br />
vendidas Yesenia Flores no puede dejar<br />
de complacer a su público con los temas<br />
que la han hecho famosa, temas como:<br />
Arráncame a Puños, Llorando a mares,<br />
Déjenme Llorar, Prenda del Alma, Sin<br />
duda ella se a ganado al público por su<br />
Don que Dios le ha regalado al cantar<br />
exentamente. Ella nos comenta: Me toco<br />
estar en secundaria abierta, la prepa no<br />
la pude terminar hasta ya de grande.<br />
Como viajaba toda la<br />
semana era un poco<br />
difícil ir a una escuela<br />
como estudiante regular.<br />
Los martes o miércoles<br />
pasaba por las tareas y a<br />
veces hasta el fin de mes<br />
regresaba a entregar<br />
todo. El no estudiar si fue difícil pero ya<br />
de grande eh podido sacar varios<br />
diplomas y eh podido sentir paz en esa<br />
área de mi vida. Como nunca pude ir a<br />
la escuela como los demás, pues nunca<br />
fui realmente buena en ninguna<br />
material. Lo que más me gustaba eran<br />
las matemáticas y soy muy mala para la<br />
geografía.<br />
Hoy me dedico a la evangelización,<br />
tengo más de 6 años con mi ministerio<br />
de alabanzas, llevando la palabra de<br />
Dios a donde El me lo permita. Me<br />
dedico también a mi familia, tengo tres<br />
hijos y llevo 25 años de casada. Esa<br />
parte de mi vida es la que más eh<br />
disfrutado. Trabajar para Dios ha sido<br />
maravilloso, y aunque a veces el camino<br />
es difícil, vale la pena. Mi próxima<br />
meta es llegar más lejos con la<br />
evangelización, poder llegar a países en<br />
donde el Catolicismo todavía no es muy<br />
aceptado. Segura afirma: Me encantaría<br />
llegar a ser Santa ya que todos tenemos<br />
ese llamado y creo que una de las<br />
mejores formas de honrar el amor que<br />
Dios nos tiene. Confiamos que con todas<br />
sus obras y virtudes, es una certeza<br />
que lo lograra.<br />
Después de una enfermedad, Yesenia<br />
decide llevar su testimonio Católico por<br />
toda parte en cual se le permita, así<br />
cantando alabanzas tales como Un Día<br />
A La Vez, Cien Ovejas, Que Detalle, y La<br />
Mortaja, entre muchas, grabadas en 4<br />

Espíritu Santo puede dar. Con<br />
testimonios felices, alegra las tardes<br />

5:30pm.Yesenia Flores sigue su sueño<br />
de cantar y llevar por el mundo entero<br />
su música mexicana al igual que sus<br />
alabanzas. Muy orgullosa de su cultura,<br />

grande. Creo que cuando nos damos<br />
cuenta de eso todo es posible. Me<br />
motiva el amor de Dios, de mi esposo,<br />
de mis hijos, y el cariño que la gente<br />
siempre me ha brindado. En mi vida y en<br />
mi carrera eh tenido muchas personas a<br />
las que les debo mucho y a cuales<br />
admiro. Dios es principal siempre, mi<br />
mama por dejarme andar con ella y<br />
darme la oportunidad de ser cantante,<br />
a mi esposo por siempre apoyarme, mis<br />
compañeros de trabajo que siempre me<br />
inculcaron valores, mis hijos, por saber<br />
cómo ser felices aun en las dificultades<br />
y tú, que estás leyendo por que tus<br />
historias pueden ser peor, porque<br />
luchas, y por qué has confiando en<br />
alguien como yo.<br />
Yesenia Flores además de entregar su<br />
vida y corazón a Dios, ella es bella y<br />
talentosa, considerada como una de las<br />
intérpretes más destacadas de la<br />
música ranchera a nivel internacional no<br />
solo por su música sino por ser además<br />
nombrada "La reina del<br />
jaripeo" ya que cuenta<br />

arriba de sus caballos<br />
y haciéndolos bailar al<br />

did not have a normal<br />
childhood because I spent it<br />
moving from town to town,<br />
flying was normal for me<br />
and being in my house was<br />
a luxury. My adolescence<br />
was as unusual; at the age of 9 it was<br />
when I recorded the song La Nina de la<br />
Mochila Azul, so my younger years were<br />
spent working most of the time. To me<br />
it was normal, and I have always been<br />
grateful to the public for the love they<br />
have given me. I participated in several<br />
films, recorded two albums in my<br />
childhood, two in my youth. Now as<br />
Yesenia Flores I have accumulated<br />
more than 15 productions. Yesenia,<br />
descended from a family of artists<br />
which include names like Mike Laure<br />
and His Comets (Uncle) and Chelo<br />
"The country voice of Mexico (Mom)<br />
among others, with the hereditary<br />
talent she was born in Mexico, a legacy<br />
debuted August 7th in the world of<br />
entertainment at 4 years of age in the<br />
band of her parents Chelo y su<br />

difficult to go to a school like a regular<br />

would work on homework and<br />
sometimes towards the end of the<br />
month I would turn everything in.<br />
Having not studied was hard but as an<br />
adult I received various diplomas and<br />
was able to feel at peace with that area<br />
of my life. Since I never went to school<br />
like everyone else, I was never really<br />
good at any material. What I liked most<br />
was math and I am very bad at<br />
Geography.<br />
Today I am dedicated to evangelism;<br />
I have over 6 years with my ministry of<br />
praise, taking the word of God where<br />
He permits. I am also dedicated to my<br />
family; I have three children and have<br />
been married for 25 years. That part of<br />
my life is what I have enjoyed most.<br />
Working for God has been wonderful,<br />
and while sometimes the road is hard,<br />
I would love to become a<br />
saint as we all have that<br />
calling and I think one of<br />
the best ways to honor the<br />
love God has for us.<br />

her Catholic testimony anywhere that<br />
she is permitted, and singing<br />
praises such as Un dia a la vez, Cien<br />
ovejas, Que detalle, Y la mortaja,<br />
among many, recorded in 4 different<br />
discs. Yesenia is presented in praising<br />
concerts, Prayer Groups and<br />
Conferences bringing their music<br />
ministry for the glory of God. Without<br />
forgetting about her country music,<br />
which has given her so much<br />
satisfaction, for now she is making her<br />
way into the mountain that will take her<br />
up to God. Also at the moment with her<br />
radio on Guadalupe Radio, 87.7 fm,<br />

her life and heart to God is beautiful<br />
and talented. She is considered one of<br />
the foremost interpreters of country<br />
music internationally not only for her<br />
music but also has been named "The<br />
Queen of the rodeo" and which has her<br />
own equestrian show up singing while<br />
horseback riding and making her<br />
horses dance to the rhythm of mariachi<br />
and band. Finally we asked Yesenia<br />
Flores’ advice to the community and<br />
she said: The only advice I could give is<br />
to accept Jesus Christ as your only<br />
Savior, accept that He died on the cross<br />
for you, and be happy because you<br />

y luego en la Embajada Española. El<br />
2 de septiembre de 1809 se casó en<br />
Roma con Isabel Kuntz Valentini,<br />
hija del pintor Silesio Tadeusz Kunst.<br />
En 1813, Madrazo fue nombrado<br />
pintor de cámara de Carlos IV. Y,<br />
después, Académico de Mérito de la<br />
Academia de San Lucas. En los años<br />
romanos, José, Madrazo se dedicó<br />
sobre todo a hacer retratos, siendo<br />
numerosas las obras que representan<br />
a artistas y nobles de la<br />
sociedad romana. Obtuvo un gran<br />
poder dentro de los círculos<br />
artísticos con la llegada al poder de<br />
Fernando VII a la caída de Napoleón<br />
I. En 1818, José Madrazo reorganizó<br />
el Museo del Prado. Se ocupó de la<br />
catalogación de las Colecciones<br />
Reales de pintura, que el rey<br />
pretendía colocar en el nuevo Museo<br />
del Prado. Creó para el museo un<br />
catálogo en el que se reproducían<br />
litográficamente todas las pinturas<br />
principales presentes en la<br />
colección. Fue uno de los pioneros<br />
de la litografía, el primero que<br />
introdujo esta nueva técnica en<br />
España. En 1823 fue nombrado<br />
Director de la Academia de Bellas<br />
Artes de San Fernando y seguidamente,<br />
del Museo del Prado.<br />
Iniciaría una larga dinastía de<br />
artistas. Pintores fueron sus hijos<br />
Federico, Luis y Juan, así como sus<br />
nietos Raimundo y Ricardo.<br />

Para algunas personas, el arte de la<br />
música parece muy poco práctico.<br />
No entienden su propósito y aunque<br />
pueden pensar que una obra<br />
determinada es "interesante" o<br />
"linda", no logran comprender<br />
por qué mueve a las personas.<br />
Sin embargo, el arte de la música<br />
sirve como un alimento vital<br />
para el espíritu humano.<br />
1. La música es a la vez un lenguaje, una ciencia<br />
y un arte. Es por excelencia el lenguaje del<br />
sentimiento; cuando la escuchamos sentimos que<br />
en nuestro interior se producen una serie de<br />
estados de ánimo tales como alegría, pena, tristeza,<br />
devoción, admiración, etc., que a su vez determinan<br />
en el individuo un estado de paz, de tranquilidad,<br />
de meditación. Aquí radica la importancia que tiene<br />
en la formación moral y espiritual del educando.<br />
Entre los principales beneficios que se consigue<br />
con la práctica de la música son los siguientes:<br />
Desarrolla, educa y estimula nobles sentimientos:<br />
Enseña a valorar y descubrir emociones.<br />
La música disciplina las mentes y forma en el<br />
estudiante la práctica de la responsabilidad y la<br />
solidaridad, cualidades que hacen del hombre un<br />
ser privilegiado, útil a sí mismo, a la familia, a la<br />
sociedad, a la patria. Refresca el pensamiento y<br />
entona el espíritu, es decir, Pues le permite<br />
proseguir con mayor entusiasmo y provecho otras<br />
actividades. Ayuda a desarrollarla capacidad<br />
auditiva. Proporciona la calma necesaria para la<br />
atención y la concentración que los hará más<br />
receptivos, trayendo como consecuencia el<br />
aumento de su capacidad de aprendizaje.<br />
Pero debemos tener precaución con el tipo de<br />
música que escuchamos por la grande influencia<br />
que da sobre los individuos, que se ha utilizado tanto<br />
para potenciar la agresividad como la tranquilidad,<br />
alguna música sucia contiene mensajes que en<br />
muchos casos son utilizados para una forma de mal<br />
vivir. Algunas personas se sienten rechazados por<br />
la gente, y ellos buscan la forma de encontrar a<br />
personas iguales a ellas que lo comprendan, lo<br />
entiendan y lo hagan sentir bien aunque sea<br />
negativamente.<br />
Pero los beneficios de la música son mayores ya<br />
que representan en la persona un carácter que lo<br />
distingue de los demás para hacerlos únicos del<br />
mismo modo que se emplea para dormir, relajar,<br />
r e c o r d a r , b a i l a r , e s t i m u l a r ,<br />
concentrarse o divertirse.<br />

But we must be careful with the type of music we<br />
listen to the great influence that gives on individuals,<br />
which has been used both to enhance aggression<br />
and tranquility, some dirty music contains messages<br />
that often are used for a form of evil live. Some<br />
people feel rejected by people, and they look for<br />
ways to find people like themselves who understand<br />
them, understand them and make them feel good<br />
even if it is negatively.<br />

School, oftentimes became a space with<br />
order and rules, common procedures,<br />
expectations, deadlines, some form of routine,<br />
some form of cohesion to my existence. It also<br />
meant a free warm meal in the morning and<br />
one in the afternoon, it meant some form of<br />
safety and parental supervision. Most people<br />
would find no joy in this, but I did. Preparing for<br />
back to school was an event at home. Mom<br />
would talk about back to school shopping with<br />
my two sisters and I weeks before. She would<br />
tell us, “El viernes los voy a llevar a comprar sus<br />
cosas pa’ la escuela” My sisters and I looked at<br />
each other, smiled and simply said, “YES!”. You<br />
see mom worked, always, and gave, always.<br />
Back then she was not much of a deal finder<br />
nor were we tied down to a budget. We got what<br />
we wanted, simple as that. We got all the<br />
mechanical pencils, actual pencils, erasers,<br />
pencil grippers, sharpeners, led for our<br />
mechanical pencils, pencil pouch, dividers, the<br />
biggest most baroque 7 things in one 3” binder<br />
you could find, equipped with its own storage<br />
pockets and secret compartments, of course<br />
we got a backpack every year, just as baroque,<br />
we also got scissors, ruler, color pencils,<br />
crayons, markers, mini stapler, paper clips<br />
(which we never used), hole puncher (which we<br />
used to make confetti, but not for our<br />
homework). My sisters, got a lot of the same as<br />
me, but theirs was Lisa Frank everything.<br />
After all the school supplies, we would go<br />
home open everything in complete chaos and<br />
disorder, and organized our backpack. Soon<br />
after that Mom would take us back to school<br />
shopping yet again, but this time it was for<br />
clothes and shoes. Again, she would go all out,<br />
no budgets. Sure, once we had our first weeks<br />
of clothes lined up and school supplies waiting<br />
to be used, we had all but two weeks until the<br />
first day of class. By the time school would start<br />
most of our pencils were almost gone from all<br />
of the sharpening, and most of our things would<br />
be a bit out of order and missing. This<br />
happened in elementary and part of middle<br />
school. In high school this was still true, but the<br />
things were all plain, they were all simple and<br />
meant only for their use, they almost seemed<br />
industrial, massed produced. To us it didn’t<br />
matter, cool meant not caring or pretending not<br />
to care, if in elementary it was all about school<br />
materials in high school it was the complete<br />
opposite. We carried simple 1” binders and<br />
found ways not to carry school materials and<br />
books. In classes, it was cool not to participate<br />
or care because if you did it would be a bit<br />
detrimental to your popularity. I guess where<br />
I’m going with all of this, the big point in<br />

Chapter 7: School Lockdown<br />
elementary and middle school, oftentimes<br />
became a space with order and rules, common<br />
procedures, expectations, deadlines, some<br />
form of routine, some form of cohesion to my<br />
existence. This was still true in high school, but<br />
this became blurry during school lockdowns.<br />
The worst lockdown was in Mr. Nolan’s<br />
English class, it was the last period of the day.<br />
Perhaps, that day we were talking about Amy<br />
Tan, Eleanor Coerr or one of John Steinbeck’s<br />
novels when suddenly, a voice over the<br />
intercom, perhaps it was the principal or one of<br />
the assistant principals, said we were all in<br />
lockdown. Meaning that something dangerous<br />
perhaps treating was taking place near campus,<br />
this meant a shooting of some sort near school,<br />
which did not surprise us. This lockdown was<br />
different, after thirty minutes of being forced to<br />
be under our desks, as if it were an earthquake<br />
drill, we got impatient, we worried, we feared,<br />
we were confused, we were unsure, this was<br />
not like other lockdowns, this was not like<br />
before, it was well after school and we were still<br />
waiting, another thirty minutes must of have<br />
gone by when one or two of my peers, got<br />
impatient, as we could hear movement behind<br />
our classroom, our class was a portable all the<br />
way toward the back of the school, right next to<br />
the baseball field, and two peers stood up to<br />
see what was happening outside our room.<br />
Their faces rose red and pail in shock. They<br />
whispered, “Dam, there’s cops pointing their<br />
gun at this man who drove his car onto the<br />
field”. We could not believe it and soon after,<br />
over the school intercom one of the principles<br />
urged everyone to please remain in their rooms,<br />
since a suspect accused of shooting someone<br />
in town and of carrying a weapon fled the scene<br />
and brought the chase to campus. We didn’t<br />
know how long the man and cops had been on<br />
the field, we knew Mr. Nolan knew, but he<br />
remained calm, but soon after knowing this we<br />
didn’t, we couldn’t, the thought of a bullet<br />
piercing it’s way through our portable room,<br />
freaked us out, some began to call their<br />
parents, many of us just wanted to end, wanted<br />
to leave school, wanted to go home. After that<br />
day school became strange, different, we all<br />
had this feeling of a treat always feeling<br />
eminent, it felt possible, it felt like it could<br />
happen again. Days after in Mr. Nolan’s class it<br />
was not easy to concentrate, anytime we would<br />
see movement in the baseball field from<br />
the window pane we flinched a little as<br />
we tried to learn.<br />

Consejos para estudiantes la nos en colegio o universidad<br />
La asistencia: Asis r siempre a clases es lo máximo que<br />
puedes hacer como estudiante. Ser consistente te<br />
ayudará a estar informado de todo lo que explique el profesor.<br />
La disciplina: es importante que desarrolles la habilidad<br />
de sentarte a estudiar todos los días, incluyendo el fin de<br />
semana. El hábito forma al estudiante. Es esencial que<br />
diligentemente hagas tu tarea no solamente a empo,<br />
sino con empo de antelación. No te engañes a mismo<br />
pasando el empo en las redes sociales.<br />
Es necesario llegar el primer día a clase con el material<br />
educa vo. Si no enes dinero, busca a una persona que<br />
ya tenga el libro y hazle copia por lo menos al primer<br />
capítulo. Incluso puedes hablar con tu maestro/a y<br />
pedirle que ponga un libro en reserva para que puedas<br />
prepararte para la clase. No entregar la tarea a empo<br />
porque no enes el libro no es una excusa válida.<br />
La par cipación en clase es importante,<br />
especialmente si eres de esas<br />
personas que se sientan en la<br />
orilla o hasta atrás. Muchos<br />
jóvenes la nos han<br />
internalizado la marginalidad<br />
y la reproducen sentándose<br />
en las orillas. Para evitar que<br />
el profesor con núe<br />
ignorándote, enes que ser<br />
ac vo par cipando en la clase,<br />
enes que visitar al maestro o a<br />
la maestra en sus horas de oficina<br />
varias veces, y es imprescindible que<br />
le envíes un correo eléctrico, explicando<br />
algo que hayas aprendido en su clase.<br />
La interacción con tu profesor/a te ayudará en el futuro<br />
cuando tengas que pedirle una carta de recomendación<br />
para un trabajo o para los estudios de postgrado.<br />
Únete a los clubs la nos de tu universidad.<br />
Generalmente habrá estudiantes que conozcan bien el<br />
sistema de la universidad y podrán ayudarte en<br />
cualquier complicación o pregunta que tengas. Júntate<br />
con estudiantes que tengan más experiencia y que estén<br />
en tu misma área de estudio. Vive con<br />
estudiantes que tengan los mismos intereses<br />
académicos que tú.<br />
Busca empleo parcial en tu área de estudio, por<br />
ejemplo, si quieres ser doctor, busca información en<br />
los hospitales locales de cómo trabajar ahí<br />
parcialmente o como ayudante.<br />
Las redes sociales deben de ayudarte en primer lugar a<br />
promoverte cómo una persona seria y profesional, de<br />
lo contrario, si publicas que eres una persona fiestera,<br />
te desacreditaras a mismo.<br />

course book(s)/material(s). If you don’t have money to<br />
purchase class materials, find a person who has the book<br />
already and make copies of the first chapter at least. You<br />
can also talk to the professor and ask him/her to place a<br />
copy of the text on reserve in the library so you will be<br />
able to complete class assignments.<br />

if you are someone who prefers to sit<br />
on the end rows or the very back.<br />

Job/Volunteer: Look for a part- me job or internship<br />
opportunity in your area of study. For example, if you<br />
want to be a doctor, look for informa on in local<br />
hospitals on how you can fill a part- me<br />
posi on or volunteer.<br />
Social Media: Using social media wisely will help<br />
promote you as serious and professional person. On<br />
the other hand, if you write that you are a party-goer,<br />
this will serve only to discredit your reputa on.<br />

Esa mañana Fulgencio parecía haber nacido otra<br />
vez, un no sé qué había cambiado en él. Se sentía<br />
nuevo, descansado, sin apuros, sin preocupaciones,<br />
sin dolor, incluso no conocía la palabra ni por<br />
definición ni mucho menos por experiencia.<br />
Esas sensaciones de bienestar, gozo y placer eran<br />
tan inminentes que no podía contenerse. La muerte,<br />
