Terms & Conditions<br />
Please provide service requirement details fourteen days prior to the start of your tenancy period.<br />
Orders that arrive late will be subject to a 20% surcharge.<br />
Should services be ordered and cancelled within the fourteen days prior to your tenancy period,<br />
a 50% cancellation fee will be applicable.<br />
If any Duct/Cable changes are required once services are in place - a 20% surcharge will be applicable<br />
<strong>ExCeL</strong> <strong>London</strong> reserve the right to vary these rates according to market conditions.<br />
