The Canary Wharf Arts & Events programme ensures there
is a year-round programme of activities with over 180 events
showcasing visual and performing arts including dance, art,
fashion, film, music and sport.
Waterside locations, fantastic views of the iconic architecture
and a work-meets-leisure bustle means there is a huge range
of great places to dine at Canary Wharf. Leading names in food
and drink have opened in the area in recent years, restaurants
include Boisdale of Canary Wharf, Roka, Jamie’s Italian,
Iberica Canary Wharf, The Parlour, Wahaca, Rocket
Restaurant & Bar, and Obikà Mozzarella Bar to name a few.
From ice skating and ice sculpting, the Canary Wharf
Triathlon and the annual Squash Classic and Motorexpo,
to the Summer Series, the ever popular Jazz Festival and
collaborations with the Royal Opera House and the City of
London Festival. Plus, throughout the summer, a series of lunch
markets, at the new Wood Wharf area immediately to the east
of Canary Wharf, offer delicious foods inspired by outdoor

Canary Wharf can be reached by two Docklands Light Railway
stations, Jubilee Line Underground, the Thames Clipper boat
services and various bus routes. There is plenty of underground
car parking, which is free for three hours on weekends with
purchases over £10.
