Where is the closest Bureau de Change?
There is an onsite bureau de change at the Business Service’s
desk, located on level 0, within the central boulevard.

Where is the closest supermarket?
ExCeL London has two onsite supermarkets (Nisa and Tesco).
They offer a wide range of products including food, toiletries
and medication. Both supermarkets are located at the west
end of the ExCeL site – a 5-minute walk from the west (glass
pyramid) entrance.
Where is the closest pharmacy?
The closest pharmacy is located on Freemasons Road, opposite
Custom House for ExCeL DLR station – approximately 5-minutes
walk from the west (glass pyramid) entrance.
Where is the nearest post office?
The closest post office is located on Freemasons Road, opposite
Custom House for ExCeL DLR station – approximately 5-minutes
walk from the west (glass pyramid) entrance. An onsite post box
is located at west taxi rank and stamps are available to buy from
the Business Service’s desk, located on level 0, within the central
boulevard.
How can I arrange shipping?
You can ship any items via Agility Fairs & Events Logistics. They
are a specialist event and exhibition freight handling contractor
based onsite at ExCeL London. Further information, including

Is there anywhere onsite that
I can get a haircut or beauty treatment?
ExCeL London has a hairdressers and beauty salon located
onsite. VA Salon is located on the dock edge at the west end of
the ExCeL site – a 5-minute walk from the west (glass pyramid)
entrance. For more information see page 13.
Where can I order flowers from?
ExCeL London has an onsite florist. Oldacre provides flower
arrangements and plant displays for exhibitions, conferences,
and events. For more information see page 13.
Is there a printer onsite?
Yes – please contact complete studio graphics, based onsite
at ExCeL London, for any last minute print requirements.

The London Pass offers entry to over 50 of London’s top
attractions without further payment. Top sites include the
Tower of London, St Paul’s Cathedral, Thames River Cruises,
