The movement in investments during the year resulted from an increase in the investment in Plasmon Inc of $8,500,500 (£5,716,000), in Plasmon
Data Systems Limited of £10,000,000 and in Plasmon Data Limited of £1,500,000.

principal subsidiaries are held directly by Plasmon Plc.
