4. Un taxi qui est très réglementé et
contrôlé à Bruxelles, une carte de visite
importante pour nos visiteurs !
Le saviez-vous ?
Le taximan doit notamment :
•• Accepter toutes les courses même celles de courte durée et/ou de
courte distance.
•• Enclencher son taximètre en début de course ou à l’heure précise
du rendez-vous pour une course commandée lorsque le taximan
doit attendre son client.
•• Afficher sa carte d’identification au dos de l’appuie-tête du siège.
Vous y trouverez un numéro et la photo identifiant le chauffeur.
•• Afficher l’affichette des tarifs en vigueur au dos de l’appuie-tête du
siège.
•• Délivrer systématiquement au client un reçu imprimé en fin de
course.
•• Accepter de transporter les clients accompagnés de chiens
d’aveugles ou d’assistance ou des petits chiens pouvant être tenus
sur les genoux.
•• Demander à son client s’il peut écouter de la musique pendant la
course taxi.
•• Aider les personnes âgées et à mobilité réduite à embarquer et à
débarquer du taxi.
•• Aider les clients à charger et décharger leurs bagages.
•• Rester à la disposition du client chargé jusqu’à ce qu’il le souhaite
(le taximètre reste toutefois enclenché).
•• Porter une tenue vestimentaire correcte.

Wist u dat?
De taxichauffeur moet:
•• Alle ritten aanvaarden, zelfs die van korte duur en/of korte afstand.
•• Zijn taximeter aanzetten aan het begin van de rit of op het exacte
tijdstip van de afspraak voor een rit die wordt besteld wanneer hij
op zijn klant moet wachten.
•• Aan de achterkant van de hoofdsteun van zijn stoel zijn
identificatiekaart, met daarop zijn identificatienummer en zijn foto,
aanbrengen.
•• De lijst met de geldende tarieven aan de achterkant van de
hoofdsteun van zijn zetel aanbrengen.
•• Aan het einde van de rit de klant automatisch een afgedrukt
ontvangstbewijs bezorgen.
•• Klanten met blindengeleidehonden of assistentiehonden of kleine
honden, die op de schoot kunnen worden gehouden, aanvaarden.

Zijn klant vragen of hij muziek mag beluisteren tijdens de rit.
•• Bejaarden of mensen met beperkte mobiliteit helpen bij het in- en
uitstappen
•• De klanten helpen hun bagages aan te nemen en nadien terug te geven.
•• Ter beschikking blijven van een klant zolang deze laatste dat wil
(de taximeter blijft toch lopen).

A taxi driver must:

Accept all taxi journeys, even if these are for a short journey or for a
short distance.
••
Activate his taximeter at the start of the journey or at the exact time
of the appointment for a booked fare when the driver has to wait for
his customer.
•• Display his identification card on the back of the headrest of the
driver’s seat. You will find the driver’s number and identification
photo there.
•• Display the current rates list on the back of the headrest of the seat.
•• Automatically issue the customer with a printed receipt at the end
of the journey.
•• Agree to transport customers accompanied by guide dogs for the
blind or assistance dogs, or small dogs that can be kept on the
passenger’s lap.

Ask his customer whether he can listen to music during the journey.
•• Help elderly and disabled passengers to get into and out of the taxi.
•• Help customers to load and unload their lugagge.
•• Remain at the customer’s disposal for as long as the customer
wishes (with the taximeter activated).
•• Wear proper attire.
