MESSAGE FROM THE FOREIGN STUDENTS OFFICER I am delighted that you are considering a higher academic degree in our university. We began our International Graduate Program in the field of civil engineering and infrastructure studies in 1982 and since then, approximately 600 students have graduated through the program. Every year we have a couple of hundreds applications from all over the world and, at present, around 90 overseas students are enrolled here. Only students of the highest academic standard are admitted to the department and we are extremely proud both our students and the success of our program. It is our hope that this <strong>prospectus</strong> provides you with ample information on our present graduate program and the University of Tokyo becomes your next place to study.
