Art. 7: Application<br />

The request <strong>for</strong> application must be submitted by means<br />

of the official <strong>for</strong>m <strong>and</strong> accompanied by a motivation<br />

letter.<br />

Applicants are admitted to the School by availability <strong>and</strong><br />

by positioning within the ranking based on the reported<br />

total score. In case of renunciation, the subsequent c<strong>and</strong>idates<br />

in the list will be admitted.<br />

Art. 8: Ranking<br />

The AB evaluates the applications that comply with the<br />

requisites <strong>and</strong> establishes a list based on the following<br />

criteria:<br />

• Graduate degree <strong>and</strong> thesis 25/100<br />

• Reported exam grade of the specialisation<br />

course 25/100<br />

• CV 20/100<br />

• Personal interview, if necessary 20/100<br />

• English language 10/100<br />

Art. 9: Fees<br />

The fees cover tuition, course material, lunches (at the<br />

USI canteen) <strong>and</strong> lodging at partner hotels.<br />

Art. 10: Payments<br />

The fee is paid with one single advanced installment,<br />

30 - 45 days prior to the beginning of the module.<br />

Differed payments <strong>for</strong> each individual module are not<br />

<strong>for</strong>eseen.<br />

Art. 11: Renunciation<br />

After commencement of the module to which the participant<br />

has been admitted, the relative fee will not be<br />

reimbursed in case of renunciation.<br />

Section IV: Miscellaneous<br />

Art. 12: Exceptions<br />

Under extraordinary circumstances may the ESASO<br />

Board repeal in part to the present Regulation, albeit only<br />

in favour of the student.<br />

Art. 13: Validity<br />

The present Regulation will take effect on February 10th,<br />

2010.
