Organisation of the modules<br />
• The Master Programme is divided into five modules<br />
of one week each. The following structure is behind the<br />
module.<br />
• Eight days of work, assisted <strong>and</strong> coordinated by the<br />
respective faculty members<br />
• Two days of practical training or wet-lab.<br />
• Each training course is set up of 64 hours including<br />
seminar activities <strong>and</strong> 12 hours of practical training,<br />
which will be certified by the Director of the School<br />
The Master Programme is followed by a full one year<br />
Fellowship at one of the prestigious Institution.<br />
It contains a grant <strong>and</strong> a research project which is<br />
supervised by Prof. Stanley Chang, New York.<br />

Admittance<br />
• Up to 25 students, the most deserving ones, can be<br />
admitted to participate in the leadership education<br />
Professional Curriculum<br />
• Introduction letter by a prominent vitreoretinal surgeon<br />
• Letter in which the participant explains his or her<br />
reasons <strong>for</strong> participating<br />
• Interview with one of the closest teachers of the ESASO
Change language
