create skills inventories. Design career pathing. Provide career counseling as well as

The New Community School - (1978 to August 1989) 1987-1988 Coordinator of Student
Development/ Language Therapist, Coordinate advisor program, provide college/career
counseling and testing, provide inservice training to faculty on advising strategies, plan
and coordinate internships field studies with area colleges. Individual and classroom
instruction with adolescents diagnosed with dyslexia.
Randolph-Macon College - (1985-1988) Visiting Associate Professor of Education. Teach
Educational Psychology and supervise field study work for Education majors. Participated
in student evaluations for teaching readiness and planned supplemental support when
