Volunteers April 29, 1861 looks like a journal, 1861 book of Army Regulations.

6. Walls of the Museum Room feature many muskets one made in Bridesberg 1862
from the Frankford Arsenal.
7. To the left of the door as one enters the Museum Room are 2 cases with CW
uniforms and other items. 3 full uniforms, 1 service coat, 1 outer coat, 1
jacket/blouse for enlisted man, several hats and belts. Also Guidon for 1822
Artillery Corps Washington Grays with bullet hole. Remnants of the flag of the
Fire Zouvaes from Gettysburg, framed pieces of the banner from Company I Gray
Reserves for City Defence.
8. In the hallway other side of entrance area is a large case with 2 mannequins in
CW uniforms with one big drum and 2 muskets.
9. Case in entrance hall on right featuring CW has Col. Benson’s spurs used during
the War and 1866 GAR reunion medal (legacy).
Documentary
1. On the walls of the Museum Room are several recruiting posters and other
paper items. Recruiting poster for the Corn Exchange Regiment; Recruiting
Poster for 11 th PA Greys Reserves Col. Ellmaker; Small recruiting poster “To
Arms for the Right Company A Gray Reserves” and Office of the Provost
Marshall Guard and Patrol Pass may 4 1865. There may be one other recruiting
poster.
2. Although home front themed—there are 2 prints on the walls, a faded standard
Union Volunteer Refreshment Saloon one, and a less common and in better condition for
the Volunteer Refreshment Saloon on lower right has a good image of women nursing
soldiers.
