...gauging the feedback People Focus Voice of people From many years, TIL has regularly conducted surveys to capture the “voice of the people”. We undertake 2 surveys every year, one is ‘Employee Opinion survey’ for all people about the organization and one is ‘Alignment’ for higher management about effectiveness of KRM activities. The Employee Opinion survey gives us feedback on various organizational issues and helps us take steps to improve upon them for the benefit of the people. The survey is conducted through external consultants and it is completely anonymous. Alignment survey provides us vital inputs for improving our internal operations so as to provide superior service to the organization. It is a guiding tool for making our internal people management practices more aligned to the needs of the organization. Privileged and Confidential
… the larger family People Focus Employee Engagement At TIL we encourage various kinds of activities which foster a sense of belonging to the organization- A part of our employee engagement initiatives. We have incorporated a cross functional team “SPARKLE” that focuses on the employee engagement activities at various locations on special occasions. In addition KRM department, Corporate communication department and TIL employee Recreation club also undertake initiatives on various fronts.
