… know before you go Our Facility at Kharagpur (West Midnapore) Proposed factory site TIL’s factory is coming up on NH60 near Changual Village, Block 2, P.S.Kharagpur (Local) 12 KM south of NH-6 and NH-60 junction. The construction of the first phase of the factory will be completed by Mid of 2011. The location of the factory is in the well known city of Kharagpur in West Midnapore district. West Midnapore district of West Bengal has 4 sub divisions: Kharagpur, Medinipur Sadar, Ghataland Jhargram with headquarter in Medinipur. Kharagpur (KGP) is an industrial town located in the Midnapore West district of the state of West Bengal. Kharagpur is the fifth largest city of West Bengal in area and in population.
