Comments, Compliments, and Concerns<br />
There are lots of ways that you can help us to make learning<br />
better for you and for others:<br />
• tell your tutor, or any staff member, if you have a<br />
suggestion for a new class or for an improvement<br />
• take part in discussions and surveys:<br />
If you are interested in being consulted on any aspect of the<br />
<strong>Leicestershire</strong> Adult Learning Service, please email your name<br />
and current course/activity to: adultlearning@leics.gov.uk<br />
giving ‘Learner Focus Group’ as the subject heading. We<br />
welcome your active involvement in any improvements to the<br />
planning and delivery of our Service. We will contact you by<br />
email to seek your views two or three times a year.<br />

Complaints<br />
Occasionally things will go wrong but we can do something<br />
about it if you tell us the problem.<br />
To help us to improve the quality of our service, follow this<br />
complaints procedure:<br />
1. Speak to your tutor or any staff member in confidence.<br />
2. The next step, if needed, is to send your complaint to:<br />

<strong>County</strong> Hall, Glenfield, Leicester LE3 8RL.<br />
