Comments, Compliments, and Concerns
There are lots of ways that you can help us to make learning
better for you and for others:
• tell your tutor, or any staff member, if you have a
suggestion for a new class or for an improvement
• take part in discussions and surveys:
If you are interested in being consulted on any aspect of the
Leicestershire Adult Learning Service, please email your name
and current course/activity to: adultlearning@leics.gov.uk
giving ‘Learner Focus Group’ as the subject heading. We
welcome your active involvement in any improvements to the
planning and delivery of our Service. We will contact you by
email to seek your views two or three times a year.

Complaints
Occasionally things will go wrong but we can do something
about it if you tell us the problem.
To help us to improve the quality of our service, follow this
complaints procedure:
1. Speak to your tutor or any staff member in confidence.
2. The next step, if needed, is to send your complaint to:

County Hall, Glenfield, Leicester LE3 8RL.
