2.7 Contract price2.7.1 Prices charged by the Supplier for the Goods supplied and the Related Services performedunder the Contract shall not vary from the prices quoted by the Supplier in its bid.2.8 Copy Right2.8.1 The copyright in all drawings, documents, and other materials containing data and informationfurnished to the Purchaser by the Supplier herein shall remain vested in the Supplier, or, if theyare furnished to the Purchaser directly or through the Supplier by any third party, includingsuppliers of materials, the copyright in such materials shall remain vested in such third party2.9 Application2.9.1 These General Conditions shall apply to the extent that they are not superseded by provisionsin other parts of the Contract.2.10 Standards2.10.1 The Goods supplied and services rendered under this Contract shall conform to the standardsmentioned in the Technical Specifications and Schedule of Requirements, and, when noapplicable standard is mentioned, to the authoritative standard appropriate to the Goods'country of origin and such standards shall be the latest issued by the concerned institution.2.11 Use of Contract Documents and Information2.11.1 The Supplier shall not, without the Purchaser's prior written consent, disclose the Contract, orany provision thereof, or any specification, plan, drawing, pattern, sample or informationfurnished by or on behalf of the Purchaser in connection therewith, to any person other than aperson employed by the Supplier in performance of the Contract. Disclosure to any suchemployed person shall be made in confidence and shall extend only so far, as may benecessary for purposes of such performance.2.11.2 The Supplier shall not, without the Purchaser's prior written consent, make use of anydocument or information enumerated above except for purposes of performing the Contract.2.11.3 Any document, other than the Contract itself, enumerated above shall remain the property ofthe Purchaser and shall be returned (in all copies) to the Purchaser on completion of theSupplier's performance under the Contract if so required by the Purchaser.2.12 Patent Indemnity2.12.1 The Supplier shall, subject to the Purchaser’s compliance with GCC Sub-Clause2.12.2,indemnify and hold harmless the Purchaser and its employees and officers from and againstany and all suits, actions or administrative proceedings, claims, demands, losses, damages,costs, and expenses of any nature, including attorney’s fees and expenses, which thePurchaser may suffer as a result of any infringement or alleged infringement of any patent,utility model, registered design, trademark, copyright, or other intellectual property rightregistered or otherwise existing at the date of the Contract by reason of:
