Each complete set of bidding document may be purchased by any interested bidder onsubmission of a written application to the above office and upon payment of a non-refundableand non-transferable fee of Rs.300.00 in the form of a Demand Draft in favour of The Director,National Aerospace Laboratories payable at Bangalore during office hours on all working daysup to 17 th February 2010 either in person or by post. Alternatively, the bidding documents canbe downloaded directly from or website www.nal.res.in free of cost. The bids must reach thisoffice on or before 18 th February 2010 up to 10.00 hours (IST) and shall be opened on 18 thFebruary 2010 at 11.00 hours (IST)04. A Pre-bid Conference will be held on 28 th January 2010 at 10.00 hours(IST).All prospectivebidders are requested to kindly submit their queries to the address indicated above so as toreach the Controller of Stores & Purchase latest by 25 th January 2010.05. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security as specified above and must be delivered tothe above office at the date and time indicated above. Bids will be opened in the presence ofBidders' authorized representatives who choose to attend on the specified date and time.
