The Contractor may bill per event, or at the end of the <strong>contract</strong>period. Contractor must submit all invoices to the COR <strong>for</strong> verification and acceptance. All <strong>items</strong> billedunder travel and Other Direct Costs (ODC) must be supported with a breakdown of expenses andreceipts. Per<strong>for</strong>mance under any of the line <strong>items</strong> must be pre-approved by the COR prior to Contractorper<strong>for</strong>mance.Part 6: General Contractor Requirements: The Contractor personnel assigned to per<strong>for</strong>m tasks underthis <strong>contract</strong> shall have the following qualifications to be awarded and to per<strong>for</strong>m under this <strong>contract</strong>:6.1 Education and Experience: Contractor personnel shall have a Bachelor’s degree and a minimumof fifteen years experience working directly with <strong>for</strong>eign military and police units involved in counter narcoterrorismand riverine missions.
