The Contractor may bill per event, or at the end of the contractperiod. Contractor must submit all invoices to the COR for verification and acceptance. All items billedunder travel and Other Direct Costs (ODC) must be supported with a breakdown of expenses andreceipts. Performance under any of the line items must be pre-approved by the COR prior to Contractorperformance.Part 6: General Contractor Requirements: The Contractor personnel assigned to perform tasks underthis contract shall have the following qualifications to be awarded and to perform under this contract:6.1 Education and Experience: Contractor personnel shall have a Bachelor’s degree and a minimumof fifteen years experience working directly with foreign military and police units involved in counter narcoterrorismand riverine missions.
