GENERAL INFORMATION<br />
KCA100 WAX & GREASE REMOVER removes grease, wax, silicone, adhesives, tar, tree sap, insects <strong>and</strong> dirt. KCA100 is a quick flashing product designed to speed<br />
initial surface prep before s<strong>and</strong>ing <strong>and</strong> body work. Don’t apply more than you can wipe clean before KCA100 dries, or no contaminants are removed. (Wiping cloths<br />
become contaminated, change regularly <strong>and</strong> dispose <strong>of</strong> properly).<br />

SUBSTRATE<br />
KCA100 is to be used over uns<strong>and</strong>ed surfaces <strong>and</strong> OEM finishes. DO NOT USE KCA100 over polyester fillers, primers, sealers, or during any step <strong>of</strong> paint application.<br />
It is surface prep cleaner only.<br />
APPLICATION<br />
• Wash surface with mild detergent <strong>and</strong> water.<br />
• Rinse <strong>and</strong> dry surface.<br />
• Spray the KCA100 liberally to the surface or onto a clear rag.<br />
• Wipe surface with KCA100 <strong>and</strong> wipe dry with clean, dry cloth before product dries.<br />
KCA100 should not be allowed to dry on surface. If this occurs, reapply KCA100 using a clean cloth <strong>and</strong> wipe dry.<br />
TECHNICAL DATA<br />
KCA100 Falls under a separate rule than 1151 & 4602 / 4612 Phase II.<br />

IMPORTANT The contents <strong>of</strong> this package have to be blended with other components before the product can be used. Before opening the packages, be sure you underst<strong>and</strong><br />
the warning messages on the labels <strong>of</strong> all components, since the mixture will have the hazards <strong>of</strong> all its parts. Improper spray technique may result in a hazardous condition.<br />
Follow spray equipment manufacturer’s instructions to prevent personal injury or fire. Follow directions for respirator use. Wear eye <strong>and</strong> skin protection. Observe all applicable<br />
precautions.<br />
