The stirring actionof the rotating spindle, plus the small samplevolume, helps to keep the temperaturegradient across the sample to a minimum.Direct readout of sample temperature isprovided using sample chambers withoptional embedded RTD sensor connectedto the DV-I Prime and DV-II+Pro Viscometersand the DV-III Ultra Rheometer.
