In addition our approach to subcontractor management is being testedagainst the Business Standards, Essentials and harmonisation requirements.In 2012 there will be an increased focus on improving our management ofsubcontractors, with an investigation of potential tools and systems currentlytaking place.9. Health and HygieneStrategic Objective: To enhance the health and wellbeing ofour peopleIntrinsic to our success and sustainability as a company is the health and wellbeingof our people. A Business Standard on Fatigue Management, has been draftedand will be implemented in 2011. In consultation with our People & Capability teamseveral other initiatives focused on identifying and implementing flexible workarrangements, are being developed into a structured program. In addition, theutilisation of Divisional risk reviews to explore the opportunities around a formal‘Health & Hygiene Program’ is a focus for 2012.30
