In addition our approach to subcontractor management is being testedagainst the Business St<strong>and</strong>ards, Essentials <strong>and</strong> harmonis<strong>at</strong>ion requirements.In 2012 there will be an increased focus on improving our management ofsubcontractors, with an investig<strong>at</strong>ion of potential tools <strong>and</strong> systems currentlytaking place.9. <strong>Health</strong> <strong>and</strong> HygieneStr<strong>at</strong>egic Objective: To enhance the health <strong>and</strong> wellbeing ofour peopleIntrinsic to our success <strong>and</strong> sustainability as a company is the health <strong>and</strong> wellbeingof our people. A Business St<strong>and</strong>ard on F<strong>at</strong>igue Management, has been drafted<strong>and</strong> will be implemented in <strong>2011</strong>. In consult<strong>at</strong>ion with our People & Capability teamseveral other initi<strong>at</strong>ives focused on identifying <strong>and</strong> implementing flexible workarrangements, are being developed into a structured program. In addition, theutilis<strong>at</strong>ion of Divisional risk reviews to explore the opportunities around a formal‘<strong>Health</strong> & Hygiene Program’ is a focus for 2012.30
