4. Allegations ofPrevious AbuseAllegations of abuse are occasionally made some time after the event, for example by an adult abused as a young person by a member of staffwho is still working with children or vulnerable adults. Where such an allegation is made, you should follow the procedures relating to theinvolvement of statutory agencies (section 2 & 3). This is because other vulnerable adults, either within rowing or in other environments, maybe at risk from this person.
