C-Bus ®Occupancy ControllersA cost-effective sensor control solutionThe C-Bus Occupancy Controller provides control of lighting based onthe occupancy status of the zone or room being controlled. The C-BusOccupancy Controller is suitable for many lighting control applications,with a particular focus on satisfying the need for minimum lighting controlrequirements in commercial lighting applications. Controlled areas caninclude meeting rooms, stairwells, open-plan office environments, carparks and washrooms.The C-Bus Occupancy Controller is available in one or two-zone models,which incorporate a 16A relay output per zone for lighting loads. A thirdmodel provides two zones of relay switching plus two additional dimmeroutputs for control of DSI, DALI or 0-10V ballasts.The occupancy controller provides input control from detectors, auxiliary(mechanical) switches, remote override switches or C-Bus devices.Timers can be set on either the detector, the controller or for morecomplex timing options, within C-Bus (Toolkit).Also included within the offer is a range of wall and ceiling-mountmotion detectors based on PIR, ultrasonic and dual PIR/ultrasonicsensing technologies. The occupancy controller provides power tothe detectors connected to it (up to three per zone). The input switchcan use all standard toggle and bell-press Clipsal wall switch types formanual control.The C-Bus Occupancy Controller operates with or without connectionto a C-Bus network. Incorporating an area managed by a C-BusOccupancy Controller into a larger control system at a later stage,is as simple as connecting it to C-Bus.
