UC2.01 – submission and registration of e-AAD); in particular, each of these new AADs has its own (and new) LRN; � if the (former) consignee is not the consignee of any new part, a CoD form as well; 2. if possible the MSA of dispatch may apply risk assessment to the splitting operation considered as a whole and if required submits a request for assistance to be sent to part or all of the new or former MSAs of destination; 3. if the (former) consignee is not the consignee of any new part, it is up to the consignor to judge whether he sends a copy of the CoD form to him; 4. for each new AAD form created from the split AAD, it is up to the consignor to judge whether he sends its copy to the intended (new) consignee; 5. if considered useful, the MSA of dispatch sends a copy of the CoD form to the former MSA of destination and copies of the new AAD forms to each new MSA (of destination); 6. the consignor informs each involved carrier of the new destinations (the carriers may annotate the new destination information on the document that mentions the ARC of the e-AAD or on the fallback AAD).

CoD Figure 8 Interruption – fallback administrative circuit The procedure associated with interruption is as follows: 1. the interrupting MSA prepares a specific form, with “movement interrupted” clearly mentioned on it; in addition, this form bears on it: � the ARC of the movement to be interrupted; � the reference of the event or control report if any; 2. the interrupting MSA sends this form to the MSA of dispatch and to the MSA of destination (no interested MSAs informed). 6.5.7 Control � � MSA of Control (Control officer) (mail/fax) Control Report form (mail/fax) � Control Report form MSA of dispatch (Excise officer) MSA of destination (Excise officer) Figure 9 Control – fallback administrative circuit The procedure associated with a control is as follows: 1. the MSA of control fills in the relevant fields of a control report form, including: � the ARC of the controlled movement; or � the excise number of the consignor plus the LRN, if the e-AAD has not been created yet; 2. the MSA of control sends this control report form to the MSA of dispatch and to the MSA of destination (no interested MSAs informed).
