The procedure associated with interruption is as follows:<br />

1. the interrupting MSA prepares a specific form, with “movement interrupted” clearly<br />

mentioned on it; in addition, this form bears on it:<br />

� the ARC of the movement to be interrupted;<br />

� the reference of the event or control report if any;<br />

2. the interrupting MSA sends this form to the MSA of dispatch <strong>and</strong> to the MSA of<br />

destination (no interested MSAs informed).<br />

The procedure associated with a control is as follows:<br />

1. the MSA of control fills in the relevant fields of a control report form, including:<br />

� the ARC of the controlled movement; or<br />

� the excise number of the consignor plus the LRN, if the e-AAD has not been<br />

created yet;<br />

2. the MSA of control sends this control report form to the MSA of dispatch <strong>and</strong> to the<br />

MSA of destination (no interested MSAs informed).
