Geographic limitsCover is only provided under your policy whilst yourmotor vehicle or your motorcycle is:• in Australia;• in transit by road, rail, air or sea within Australia.3. Cancellation rights under your policya. You may cancel your policy with us or any partof the policy at any time by notifying us using thecontact details provided on the back cover of thisdocument.b. We have the right to cancel your policy wherepermitted by law. For example, we can cancel yourpolicy with us:• if you have failed to comply with your Duty ofDisclosure, or• where you have made a misrepresentation tous during negotiations prior to the issue of yourpolicy, or• where you have failed to comply with a provisionof your policy, including the term relating topayment of premium, or• if you have made a fraudulent claim under yourpolicy or under some other contract of insurancethat provides cover during the same period oftime as your policy.16
