Who must tell us?Everyone who is insured under your policy must answerthe questions in this way.What happens if you or they do not comply withthis duty?If you or they do not answer the questions in this way,we may cancel your policy or reduce the amount we payif you make a claim. If fraud is involved, we may treatyour policy as if it never existed and pay nothing.Privacy Act 1988 – InformationWe collect your personal information directly fromyou where reasonably practicable or if not, from othersources. We collect if to provide our various servicesand products (e.g. to market, arrange and administerinsurance and to handle and settle claims) and toconduct market or customer research.
