GUEPE Science, Nature and Environment
Day Camp ($)
GUEPE invites 6- to 12-year olds to enjoy an exceptional
outdoor experience, without leaving Montréal.
They can look forward to a host of nature activities
and adventures, including forest hikes, insect and
amphibian hunts, science experiments, educational
games, nature crafts and more! A science fair will be
held on the last Friday of each session. This experience
is a real cradle of invention.
July 9–July 20 and from August 6–17
Two-week camp
Drop-in daycare from 7:30 a.m.–9 a.m. and
from 4 p.m.–6 p.m.

Family Sundays! (Unique to Montréal)
Plunge into the fascinating world of urban nature with
the all-new “Family Sundays” event at Parc-nature de
la Pointe-aux-Prairies. Every Sunday, a specialist in
flora, fauna, history, astronomy or recreation will bring
you into the world of her or his expertise to reveal the
park’s many splendours and mysteries. Topics and
activities will include birds, mammals, amphibians,
reptiles, night insect hunts, guided hikes, historic
presentation, campfire stories and music, outdoor film
projection, stargazing and many others.
May 20 to October 28, every Sunday
except May 27, July 8 and 15 and October 21
Meet at the Héritage information centre.
The June 3 event will take place in the Des Marais
Pavilion.
