On foot or bicycle, discover TOHU and the Complexe
environnemental de Saint-Michel. Learn more about
TOHU, its circular show room, its triple purpose and its
green building. Also visit Montréal Recyclables Sorting
Centre and the Complexe environnemental de Saint-
Michel, a former dump that has gradually been transformed
into a large urban park.

The Fabulous Story of the Circus
Do you love circus arts and want to learn more? Meet
our guide and visit one of the most beautiful art collections
devoted entirely to the circus. Terra Cirqua features
a wealth of historical facts and comical and sad anecdotes
that have shaped the face of the circus as we
know it today. On display: toys, posters, prints, historical
and heritage objects, and countless other items that
bear witness to role of the circus as inspiration for the
decorative arts.

Bits of the Sky! TOHU’s Kite Challenge
Green and responsible entertainment through the magic of kites.
• Demonstrations of acrobatic and single-line kites.
• 45-minute children’s (age 4 and up) workshops. Reservation required.
Children must be accompanied by a parent.
• Introduction to kites (age 6 and up). Reservation required. Children
must be accompanied by a parent.
• Guided tours on the multipurpose trail. Duration: 90 minutes.

• Guided tours of the Terra Cirqua exhibition focusing on aerial circus

Saint-Michel’s COMPLETELY CIRCUS Weekend
A brilliant and vibrant circus Sunday at TOHU! Free shows from the
Throw 2 catch, Mobile Home troupe with “Mr. Edgar’s Strange Circus,”
plus admission to the Voyage de cirque project. Stunning street performances,
make-up, introduction to the circus, making juggling balls, inflatable
attractions, vertical dancing with “Look-up Arts Aériens,” hula hoops
and stiltwalkers are just a few of the activities and events for the whole
family!

The 8th Annual Falla
For its 8th edition, FALLA will focus on the HUMAN factor and feature the
100th anniversary of Saint-Michel. Drawing on Spanish traditions, FALLA
is a festive gathering of all communities and generations. Activities prior
to lighting the “falla” will occur over several days, so that details of this
monumental sculpture can be admired to the last moment.
