The insulated dryer<br />
Insulated<br />
continuous dryer<br />
The incoming <strong>and</strong> exhaust air shafts <strong>of</strong> the insulated continuous <strong>dryers</strong> are made <strong>of</strong> heatresistant<br />
insulating panels (temperature resistant up to 160°C). Furthermore the drying tower is<br />
completely covered with insulated panels. This construction achieves an optimum heat insulation,<br />
a considerable absorption <strong>of</strong> operation noise <strong>and</strong> an extensive weather protection.<br />
The continuous dryer can optionally be equipped with decentral surface burners, so that optimal<br />
<strong>and</strong> product-adjusted warm air temperatures can be supplied to each single drying zone. This is<br />
very important by considering the aspects <strong>of</strong> energy-saving <strong>and</strong> careful treatment <strong>of</strong> the drying<br />
products.<br />
