Payment in CASH orby CHEQUE or any other means WILL NOT BEACCEPTED.Acceptance of <strong>Tender</strong>1 <strong>Tender</strong>s shall remain valid for acceptance forfour (4) weeks from the said date for submissionof tenders. However, the <strong>Authority</strong> may bynotice in writing to each tenderer extend thevalidity period of his tender by such furtherperiod not exceeding 2 weeks.2 Selection of the winning tender will be basedon tendered sale price. However, the <strong>Authority</strong>reserves the right to reject the highest or anytender.Payment of the Sale PriceThe successful tenderer shall pay the tenderedsale price by Cashier’s Order as follows:(a) 25% (less the <strong>Tender</strong> Deposit) withintwenty-eight (28) days of the <strong>Authority</strong>’sacceptance of his tender;(b) 75% within ninety (90) days of acceptanceof his tender.ConditionsThis tender brief is meant to highlight only someof the principal points of the tender and doesnot form part of the tender documents.
