We just want to take a moment and say thanks<br />

Our experience with Brian Jessel BMW<br />

started last Sunday when we came in to ask<br />

questions about the new BMW 335 hard top<br />

convertible being released in April 2007. While<br />

browsing some of the other vehicles on your<br />

lot, Karim Virani, introduced himself and took<br />

the time to introduce us to the new BMW<br />

model and answered our numerous questions.<br />

Prior to meeting Karim, we had our mind set<br />

on buying our BMW from Edmonton, our<br />

home town. Karim proved to be so helpful that<br />

we decided to order the BMW 335 from<br />

Vancouver and drive it back to Alberta.<br />

We made all the arrangements and came back<br />

the next day to test drive a 335. Karim had<br />

everything ready for us and we enjoyed our<br />

test drive. When we returned to the show<br />

room we spotted a demo 2006 BMW 650<br />

and decided to take a look. Karim came over<br />

and thoroughly explained all the details of the<br />

car, effectively up selling us without the<br />

standard car salesman jargon.<br />

From the very start the service was excellent<br />

and every question we had was answered<br />

promptly and efficiently, of course as with any<br />

used/demo car there are bound to be a few<br />

kinks, however, these were ironed out quickly<br />

with little hindrance to our daily routine. Some<br />

of these I must point out were purely cosmetic<br />

and it was just down to us being picky but<br />

never at any point did your staff’s<br />

professionalism waiver. We love the car!<br />

We have no hesitation in recommending Brian<br />

Jessel BMW and Karim Virani to our friends,<br />

family or indeed anyone looking to buy a new<br />

or used car as we are sure they will not be<br />

disappointed.<br />

We also would like to say thanks to all the staff<br />

at Brian Jessel BMW. We were very pleased<br />

Striving to be the Best<br />

I was recently in your establishment and<br />

wanted to acknowledge and let you know the<br />

service was terrific.<br />

I did not have a scheduled appointment but I<br />

was in the area and thought I would drop by<br />

and see if there was time to replace a headlight<br />

and taillight. I approached the receptionist who<br />

immediately went over to your service advisor,<br />

Don Koerner, and within minutes he asked me<br />

to pull my car around. I drove my car into the<br />

garage and he was waiting for me with<br />

replacement bulbs in hand.<br />

He was very accommodating as the whole<br />

process probably took less than 20 minutes,<br />

which I appreciated very much.<br />
