The peak area versus concentration data was treated by least-squareslinear regression analysis.Linearity calibration plot for the assay method was obtained over the calibration ranges tested, i.e. 21 – 170µg/ml and correlation coefficient obtained was greater than 0.999. The result shows that an excellent correlationexisted between the peak area and concentration of the analyte.
