The service is free, voluntary, and c<strong>on</strong>fidential. Healthy Startprovides home visiting services to qualified families. Home visitors partnerwith parents to address individual needs, set and support goals, and build ahome envir<strong>on</strong>ment around <strong>the</strong> new baby that supports learning, safety, anddevelopmental stimulati<strong>on</strong>.
