Call <strong>the</strong> program for more informati<strong>on</strong>.The Practical <str<strong>on</strong>g>Parent</str<strong>on</strong>g>This course uses an open-forum format for counseling and parent educati<strong>on</strong> thatteaches parents how to deal with problems such as cooperati<strong>on</strong>, chores,bedtime, eating, fighting, public behavior, homework, allowance, bad habits,and more. While parents work with professi<strong>on</strong>al counselors, children learncooperati<strong>on</strong> and respect from supervised University of Hawai‘i studentcounselors.
