COOKBOOK IV<strong>in</strong>cenza DiLiberti, Cookbook I ChairI‟m sure all who received their Spr<strong>in</strong>g issue <strong>of</strong> the OSIA “Italian<strong>America</strong> Magaz<strong>in</strong>e,” noticed the ad we featured for Cookbook 1; eventhough there was some stiff competition with bigger and betteradvertisements, orders still came <strong>in</strong> from all over the U.S. for ourfabulous “Preserv<strong>in</strong>g Our Italian Heritage Cookbook.”Just like everyth<strong>in</strong>g else, the economy has taken its toll on theoutside/mail order sales <strong>of</strong> Cookbook 1.
