view features beautifully overlapping mountain ranges and can be
seen as far as Mong Yawng, a city in Myanmar. From the viewpoint,
travel further for 2 km and see the Doi Chang Buddhist Park where
pristine forest has been maintained, with a large lake in the centre
surrounded by trees of different sizes, and the Buddhist Ground
where there are many Buddha images in various postures for the
people to pay homage. Next is a Holy Well being always filled with
clear, clean, and cool water. To get there: Use the same route to Doi
season, a four-wheel drive vehicle is recommended since the dirt
road is 15 km long. Doi Kat Phi or Phu Nom Sao is one of the best
viewpoints for a sea of mist. It is situated 1,650 m above sea level,
