Fresh advertisement is beingdrafted to get more response on the scheme.Scheme for Exposure of Women Consultants to International Practices includingSeminars and ConferencesUnder this Scheme, financial assistance provided to two women consultants for participationin the World Federation of Engineering Organization’s Conference 2010 in Buenos Aires,Argentina held from 17-20 October 2010.Modifications in Ministry of Finance Manual for Selection of ConsultantsBased on Inception Report, the consultant was asked to modify the questionnaire for fieldsurvey taking into consideration the comments of PRC. Further, revised questionnairereceived from the consultant was forwarded to PRC and is being finalized.Water related Technologies from CSIR LaboratoriesA preliminary benchmarking exercise has been undertaken to establish the necessity oftaking up these technologies for further work and more specifically for preparation of DPR. Itis planned to approach respective CSIR labs seeking more details on technologies as wellas their cooperation in the task of preparation of DPR.Study on Identification of S&T Interventions and skill development in ?North East/J&K, LWE States and identification of consulting interventionsDesk research in progress.

Educational ProgrammesMS Programme in Consultancy ManagementFinal Examination for 3 rd Semester of 13 th Batch and 1 st Semester of 14 th Batch were held inOctober 2010. Make-up Examination for 13 th Batch was done in November 2010. Classes forthe 2 nd Semester of 14 th Batch commenced from 15 th December, 2010.Certificate Courses in ConsultingCertificate Program in Technical Consulting was organized in 4 batches from 4-10 Oct 2010and 11-15 Oct 2010 for officials of Directorate of Technical Education, Government of Delhi.Each of batch was of 25 participants.Registration for next batch of Certificate Course in Management Consulting is being done.
