Applicants accepted into the Studienkollegwill be allotted reserved admission to a subsequent semester at theUniversity of Freiburg. The applicant is entitled to this reserved admissionupon passing the “Feststellungsprüfung” assessment examination.Applications for admission to the Studienkolleg must include the followingdocuments:• Application for admission to studies• Secondary school leaving certificate• University entrance examination (if required in your nativecountry)• List of courses taken and grades received from your previousstudies (transcripts, réussites, academic records, index, etc.)• University diploma (if applicable)• Curriculum vitae and letter of motivation (one to two pages)• Evidence of German-language skills (at least CEFR level C1) Please note: The application deadlines for admission to theStudienkolleg are July 15 th for the winter semester and January 15 th forthe summer semester.17
