AIP MACAO GEN 1.2 - 801 FEB 2007This permit is subject to the following conditionsCONDITIONSA) The operator shall take adequate precautions in relation to security and safety and shall comply with allreasonable directions given by the President of Civil Aviation Authority from time to time in that regardB) The requirements concerning non-scheduled air services as set out in the AIP Macau GEN 1.2-2 must be adheredto ;C) The operator may not advertise or in any other way offer directly member of public services authorised by thispermit ;D) The operator must be in possession of valid certificate of competency issued by the aeronautical authority of thestate of the operator ;E) The operator must be in possession of documentary evidence from the operator’s insurance company to the effectthat all aircraft carry appropriate third party insurance coverage for any one accident, incident or occurrence as setout in the Section GEN 1.2.5 of the AIP Macao.Any breach of the conditions above will render this permit invalid.AMDT 14Civil Aviation Authority – Macao, China
